HiMedia has developed a Multiplex Reverse Transcriptase Real‐Time PCR kit which enables the clinicians and public health laboratories to quickly diagnose influenza infection in a single tube. Hi‐PCR® Influenza Multiplex Probe PCR Kit is capable of simultaneous screening for multiple strains of the Influenza virus in less than 90mins. It includes primer‐probe sets specific to detect RNA from the three Influenza viruses: A, B & H1N1 pdm 09 and an internal control (IC).
