Suspected lady corona patient escapes 3 centers, flies back to Philippines

A 35-year-elderly person experiencing influenza fled from three private wellbeing offices in Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur and Ludhiana areas after she would not complete her tests for the coronavirus, sending the wellbeing specialists and police into a tantrum.

The lady being referred to, who was potentially experiencing coronavirus and hails from Jalandhar city, flew back to the Philippines where she lives, hours after she stayed untraceable, the police said.

She showed up in Jalandhar on March 6 and remained at her habitation for two or three days, it was found out. She continued visiting her family members during this time. The last area of her versatile was followed to Ludhiana’s Sherpur Chowk on Sunday evening, following which the telephone was turned off.

A wellbeing office official said she initially visited a private facility in Jalandhar’s Model Town region on Sunday morning as she had dry hack and fever. The specialists there requested that her go to the nearby respectful emergency clinic to get herself tried for the coronavirus, he included.

She rather went to a facility in Hoshiarpur locale’s Garhshankar toward the evening. The specialists there too encouraged to even think about getting herself inspected for the illness yet she gave them a slip.

At night, she arrived at a private emergency clinic at Gurdev Nagar in Ludhiana.

“Since the lady demonstrated indications of the infection, we requested that her stay in contact with the wellbeing specialists or visit the common medical clinic for coronavirus test. Be that as it may, she left our medical clinic in a quiet notwithstanding our having guided her till 12 PM. Since we are not approved to bind an individual, we promptly sounded a caution and educated the wellbeing office specialists about this,” said Dr GS Grewal who runs the clinical office.Ludhiana police commissioner Rakesh Agrawal said, “We received information about the woman with symptoms of flu. We put her mobile phone under surveillance.”
Principal secretary (health and family welfare) Anurag Aggarwal said, “An exercise was conducted under the supervision of the Jalandhar and Patiala deputy commissioners. We kept tracking the woman through the people she contacted until she switched off her phone. We received information Ttoday morning that she had taken a return flight.”
“As per our knowledge, she has reached Singapore. She went to Delhi in a private vehicle. Since no test was conducted on her, we cannot term her a confirmed or suspected coronavirus case. She only had symptoms. Since she came from a coronavirus-affected country we asked her to get her tests done.”
