Microbioz India also got an opportunity to have an interview with Dr. Mustapha Abubakar Jamda, Associate Professor and Head of Department of Community Medicine, College of Health Science, University of Abuja, Nigeria. The professor defines success as creating a positive impact on people's lives particularly those who are not in a position to pay you back.

Microbioz India: Talk about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality was very different from yours.

Microbioz India: What do you consider the most important contribution of your academic experiences have made to this Institute / Department? What was your role?

Dr. Mustapha : I started the department of Community Medicine from the scratch as I was appointed the acting head of department, when there was nothing on ground. I was also one of the first staff to be employed in the department and the College of Health Sciences. So, the ch
