These cFluorM reagents, short for”Cytek Fluorochrome,” will be the culmination of years of expertise comprehension complete spectrum cytometry and the way fluorophores respond together in shape panels. Cytek’s cFluor reagents are all validated on its own Cytek Aurora and Cytek Northern Lights cell evaluation systems to ensure optimum performance for its users at a multicolor atmosphere.

Cytek’s cell analysis instruments use a distinctive optical and electronics design to reveal the full spectrum of each dye. This technology has allowed Cytek’s scientists to not only completely characterize thousands of commercially available reagents, but also to identify and evaluate dyes and antibody conjugates that operate optimally with full spectrum evaluation about Cytek’s flow cytometers.

Every one of these reagents provides Cytek’s users the capability to show more from their whole spectrum panel with a new choice excitable from the yellow-green, blue, and red lasers, respectively. Other dyes at the cFluor family will be arriving shortly, with demonstrated ability to work in a pre-optimized panel.

“Starting with our full range tools, and today with our cFluor reagents, we are devoted to redefining what is possible in flow cytometry and supplying a entire solution to our users,” says Wenbin Jiang, PhD, CEO of Cytek Biosciences. “One of our users, 30+ colour panels are now more commonplace, which would have been inconceivable just two short years back. We’re now focused on empowering them so that they can go much further with their unique, state-of-the-art cell analyzers, all with increased ease and shorter time to outcomes.”
