‘Simplicity’ seems to be the perfect word to describe Ăn Chả Giò, a form of chilled, fermented Vietnamese dish that deep fried pork rolls and is completely packed. It doesn’t just offer a unique taste but also ensures superior gut health with the presence of countless probiotics in it. But the big question here remains, what is the Link between Fermented Pork Rolls and the gut. Let’s have a look at some of the scientific research.
As it is required to Make Chả Giò, the first step one needs to do is, ferment it! The word itself is a simple english term that describes a process where Lactic acid bacteria is generated and allowed to spread across.
