Chandigarh, June 23, 2023: Pharma Pro &Pack Expo, Analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo are renowned to present ground-breaking innovations in pharma machinery, laboratory technologies and analytical instruments to user industries such as pharma, chemicals, F&B, etc. The triad event brings top machinery manufacturers, suppliers of analytical instruments and laboratory equipment, leading pharma companies and industry experts under one roof to unlock business opportunities.

The event is also known to organize multi-city roadshows that enable discussions on pressing pharma issues. The pharma machinery sector is a key collaborator in the pharma industry’s success. In line with this, Pharma Pro & Pack Expo 2023, Analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo conducted its roadshow on ‘Pharma Engineering – A Way to Enhance Productivity, Quality & Compliance’ in Chandigarh, with the view of tapping the pharma clusters of Chandigarh and Baddi and to attract visitors from across India to the three-day main event in Hyderabad. The roadshow witnessed a panel discussion on the latest pharma manufacturing trends led by leading pharma manufacturers and industry experts.

      1. 106 attend ees from the pharma industry graced the networking roadshow on ‘Pharma Engineering A Way to Enhance Productivity, Qual it y & Compliance’ held on 23 June 2023 at Hyatt Centric, Chandigarh.

      2. The panel consisted of experts from user industries such as Dallas Formulations, Mankind Pharma, Aristo Pharmaceuticals, Panacea Biotec and Trilly u m Consulting and Advisory.

      3. Pharma Pro& Pa ck Expo 2023, analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo will be held on 14 16 September 2023 at Hitex Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad attracting visitors from across the country.

Mr. Sushant Sharma, Deputy Drugs Controller (India) Central Drugs Standard Control Organization, was the keynote speaker and kick-started the panel discussion with his invaluable insights. The event was graced by the presence of Ukraine war hero, Mr. Volodymyr, Advisor to the President of Ukraine, Colonel of the Ukraine Army and Procurement Head of Ministry of Health and Defense and Mr. Prashant Dubey, Ukraine-based Indian and advisor for health industry for the regulatory compliances. They shared their insights on how India is providing Ukraine with drug supplies during the ongoing war.

The roadshow was organized in association with Indian Pharma Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPMMA). Speaking about the achievement of the roadshow, Harshit Shah, President, IPMMA, said, “Today, India is looking at improving pharma productivity and efficiencies through extensive use of digitization, automation, and robotics. These modern-day growth enablers need to be encouraged for the progress of the pharma sector through platforms like these. We are overwhelmed by the response to our first roadshow in Chandigarh, which successfully brought the pharma manufacturers from the northern territories.”

Dr. Rajesh Gupta, President – HDMA & Managing Director at Dallas Formulations Pvt Ltd – India, said, “This was a good knowledge-sharing platform where we discussed about skill development initiatives, collaborations with industry and academia, and how to reach the ITI level. We discussed not only CAPA but one of the speakers mentioned that we must also work towards PACA (preventive and corrective actions). Therefore, this platform by IPMMA and MMI has helped the industry in North India, and I’m very delighted to be a part of this. We are directlyconnected with the API and formulations industry in Andhra Pradesh, and we will encourage them to participate in the main event too.”
Dr. Sanjit Singh Lamba, Managing Partner, Trillyum Consulting and Advisory, said, “This was a good forum for the pharmaceutical dosage manufacturers to interact and discuss ideas about continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and efficiency as well as improving India’s image on the global platform.
