These modern-day growth enablers need to be encouraged for the progress of the pharma sector through platforms like these. We are overwhelmed by the response to our first roadshow in Chandigarh, which successfully brought the pharma manufacturers from the northern territories.”
Dr. Rajesh Gupta, President – HDMA & Managing Director at Dallas Formulations Pvt Ltd – India, said, “This was a good knowledge-sharing platform where we discussed about skill development initiatives, collaborations with industry and academia, and how to reach the ITI level. We discussed not only CAPA but one of the speakers mentioned that we must also work towards PACA (preventive and corrective actions). Therefore, this platform by IPMMA and MMI has helped the industry in North India, and I’m very delighted to be a part of this. We are directlyconnected with the API and formulations industry in Andhra Pradesh, and we will encourage them to participate in the main event too.” Dr. Sanjit Singh Lamba, Managing Partner, Trillyum Consulting and Advisory, said, “This was a good forum for the pharmaceutical dosage manufacturers to interact and discuss ideas about continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and efficiency as well as improving India’s image on the global platform. These events encourage young professionals in the region by offering appreciation, support, and mentorship opportunities. Such interactions with seniors can really benefit the people of the industry across the country. I would see it as a great opportunity to attend this event in September to get a real feel of the technology and understand where it is heading. I would like to encourage people from this industry to find some time to visit this trade show as it is an investment for yourself, your company, and your country.
