Researcher from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center suggests a type of immunotherapy which includes engineering of T-Cells in laboratory along with protein tag that tracks immune cells to directly attack and killing cancer cells. The appropriate study recently appeared in Nature Biotechnology.
Dr. Stanley Riddell lead author and researcher and his team inform that this technique not yet tested in humans. The technique no doubt will boost the performance of modern used immunotherapy.Juno Therapeutics a Biotechnology company initially formed a technique with researcher of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and Seattle Children's Research Institute has licenses to this technology for oncology related treatment.
