The show was wrapped as a three-day programme held at the Chennai Trade Centre from 28th to 30th July, 2017. Microbioz India exhibited there and distributed Medicall Special Edition of the Magazine in huge number to the exhibitors & visitors.

The event reported vast gatherings of Doctors, Hospipal Owners, Medical Professionals, etc. Hundreds of exhibitors & thousands of visitors visited our stall in Hall 4. It was a great experience for Microbioz India to have participated in such an event.

Medicall is India’s largest Medical Equipment Exhibition hosted by Medexpert business consultants and Kauvery Hospital.

It is promoted by Dr Manivannan, Joint Managing Director of Kauvery Hospial, a 1000 bed hospital. It was started with just 30 beds 11 years back by young professionals with limited knowledge about the hospital industry.

Early during his career, Dr S Manivannan identified that Small and medium sized hospital owners from tier II and III cities cannot afford to have qualified purchase managers.

Equipment companies also did not have adequate sale force to meet all these hospital owners. So, as a result of these obstacles in the growth of Hospital, Medicall was born with an idea to share the expertise with the fellow medical fraternity.

Since then, 17 editions of Medicall have already been done since its inception in 2006.

The 17th edition of the exhibitions hosted more than 750 exhibitors from India and abroad. Over 6000 products from 20 countries were on display at the event attended by 18,000 medical professionals.

Seminars on doctors' safety, hospital management and a communication workshop were among the programmes held at the event. Hospital professions from all over India visited the event.
