Our research teams travel internationally in search of innovative concepts and to put Mary Kay science on a global scale. Our innovative teams comprise members with expertise in product safety, product formulation, skin and clinical research, nutrition, regulatory affairs, quality control, and other fields.

Job Summary:

Supports, coordinates, and/or performs actions that evaluate the safety of Mary Kay products, ingredients, and technology prior to market launch with little supervision. Supports the development of the R&D Compliance System in order to increase technical rigour across the New Product Development Lifecycle and to establish audit-ready systems and processes. As a technical leader in the R&D Compliance Organizations, you are responsible for establishing Good Manufacturing Practices policies and processes. Leads the review of technical departmental and interdepartmental processes and procedures in order to achieve process improvements. Effectively communicates with coworkers, superiors, external laboratories, consulting partners, and cross-functional teams. Facilitates data integrity measures that assist clinical and research and development endeavours. Effectively collaborates with internal and external resources to advance the Compliance Culture throughout R&D.
