Drug firm Jubilant Life Sciences on Saturday said it has introduced 1,000 vials of antiviral drug Remdesivir that it sells under the brand name’JUBI-R’ into Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The drug has been made accessible to over 1,000 hospitals supplying COVID-19 treatment in India throughout the organization’s distribution system, Jubilant Life Sciences said in a statement.
“Remdesivir is an effective medication in the treatment of severe COVID-19 instances. In this critical situation, I am pleased that this medicine was made available by Jubilant at the brief period of 2 and a half a year,” the firm quoted Adityanath as stating.
